Discordia Block 77 Concession
Extract from Discordian Government Agreement with Cromwell Discordia Ltd.

• The licence provides for up to 51% Government participation in any post-discovery development, with the option of allocation of up to 25% from this 51% to a third party.
• Fiscal terms applicable to the Block 77 development are as follow:
Royalty: 8% for production less than 40,000 bbls/d
10% for 40,000 < production< 100,000 bbls/d
12% for 100,000 < production< 225,000 bbls/d
14% for 225,000 < production< 325,000 bbls/d
16% for production in excess of 325,000 bbls/d
Corporate Tax: 28 % on taxable income
Special Oil Tax: 50% on taxable income
Depreciation: Straight line (16.66%) over 6 years
Royalty paid 2.5 months in arrears, Taxes 6 months in arrears.
In general Discordia has chosen to follow Norwegian Fiscal Structures

This will be a large amount of money that will go to the government. How can we be sure that the Discordian people will benefit from this?
