The recent military activity as reported by the central government has been the focus of a recent cause for alarm from the media and other organizations.
The Minister of Finance recently sat down and talked with the Gladstone Guardian and spoke on behalf of the central government:
“The United States military conducts exercises on its domestic soil and does not get media attention. The fact that he exercises were being brought to nearby populated areas of the country was the reason for the announcement in the first place. Like sports, the country has to practice before it can play. While the country hope that it never has to go to war, some neighboring countries may have bad intentions. There is no fear of war on the horizon, but the military needs to train in order to be able to defend the country. “
