The Mentor has just received strong evidence of government corruption in Discordia. We have learned that the government plans to impose a secret tax above the currently specified 78%. This "Windfall Tax" is to be deposited into overseas accounts as opposed to the Discordian treasury. This embezzlement of funds, for which Cromwell will have to sign a secrecy clause, is further evidence of the ongoing corruption that threatens Discordian prosperity.
We believe that Cromwell is on the right track, and isn't intending to go forward with this; however in the interest of ethical behavior and all stakeholders, we urge Cromwell to not even consider entering into such an agreement, or making secret payments.
