According to Megan Ebadat with OBI, GDA is "unwilling to let [OBI] participate in negotiations and are very guarded on the details of any discussions about the deal."
This is a disappointing departure from previous movement. Due to the nature of resource exploitation deals in developing countries, if Cromwell allows this exclusion it seriously calls to question their willingness to stand by their commitment to ethical behavior and transparency.
