The Patriot learned recently that the split being negotiated for the Cromwell project in Block 77 will be a 51/49 split between the Discordian government (Ambrosia) and Cromwell. However, the government is bringing a partner for their 51% with Nosferatu of Shavia. Furthermore, the government doesn't have the financial backing to support their half of 51%, let alone the entire thing. So they have been in discussions to have Nosferatu/Shavia provide funding for the entire 51%, provided that Discordia purchase an assortment of new military toys in the form of helicopters, tanks and armored personnel carriers. These kinds of kick-backs highlight the GDA's selfish and greedy agenda.
