The GDA government reportedly met with the Shavian arms-trade mission and was “very impressed” with the weapons systems demonstrated for Discordian requirements. The nature of the Discordian “requirements” is unknown and it is not known if any inducements were offered to prompt this action. However, it is well known that the Shavian economy is facing serious difficulties and securing export deals in the coming months is critical to their economic health.
