The Mentor: Open Books to open the books?

Cromwell or Nosfratu have many stakeholders to address in order to build the buy-in necessary for a socially optimal solution; are they all being addressed?. The government is split between NWA and GDA, both with differing ideas on many issues, chief among them (recently) is where to run the pipeline.

The one factor that appears to tie together all groups at this point is support of NGO involvement in revenue distribution. We recently spoke with Open Books International, who has been in talks with government entities as well as oil companies regarding filling this role. We feel that momentum is building toward a mutually beneficial end, and believe that Open Books would enable a socially optimal distribution.

Bolstering our confidence, Open Books is being included in current negotiations.
