Democracy? Not yet...

In a press conference this morning, Ambrosia Stephenson, Minister of Finance and acting Press Secretary, stated that general elections would be postponed while the government waited for third party, western overseers to assist with the election. No time line was given for a new election date and the announcement was met by a chorus of boos. The government's reluctance to provide a time line has caused further speculation as to the motive behind the postponement.
