Cromwell has agreed with CDUL that in any agreement between Cromwell and the local government will be supported by three pillars: secure the safety of the local people, protect the environment, and help local communities through education, health and employment actions.
Cromwell hopes CDUL will help to develop these actions and also act as a partner in the future.
